Is Bex the problem, or can she just not hear?
Did You Hear is a series that follows Bex, a hard of hearing woman, as she struggles to navigate a world built for hearing people. Having grown up with lack of hearing always being treated as a minor issue, Bex has subconsciously developed a number of coping mechanisms to fill in the gaps of what she doesn't hear. More often than not, she creates stories in her head based on the context clues she can gather from the various situations she finds herself in. But after a blind date gone wrong, everything in her life slowly starts to fall apart. The stories Bex is making up no longer seem to align with "reality." Bex is left to wonder if she's the actual problem, or did she just not hear things right?
